Born: Famagusta, Cyprus - Lives and Works in London Halime Özdemir's Summary : Currently I am Gallery Services & Private Client Coordinator for Constantine Ltd, a recognized leader in the handling of Fine Art and Antiquities worldwide. (www.const.co.uk) Previously a Coordinator at Christie's Fine Art, (www.christies.com) following a brief tenure in New York as Client Manager for the International Shipping Division of Cadogan Tate Fine Art, New York (www.cadogantatefineart.com). I also worked as Assistant to two senior Project Coordinators at Momart (www.momart.co.uk), an acknowledged authority on the handling of fine arts and antiquities. I also worked as artist assistant to Taiwanese Video Artist Chen Chieh-jen during the 10th International Istanbul Biennial 2007, run by the Istanbul Foundation of Culture and Arts, Curated By Hou Hanru and as part of the project “I Pirate My Own Work” for Chen Chieh-jen to which I worked as a street seller, selling pirated copies of the Artist’s work throughout the opening week of the 10th International Istanbul Biennial.
