We finally have a building, but are working our way up to actually occupying the space. We've commandeered a small working space on the 3rd floor, surrounded by sellers of various hardware items, attended to by the friendly resident tea seller.

Once our neighbors have left, we will begin renovation of the 6 floor building. Hopefully by the spring of 2010 we can invite you for a tea on the terrace.
