Cultural variations are very important in term of social development.This importance arises in the shape of combination of culture and the city while cultures and societies metamorphoses impetously.
Since culture and art are the most two singificant factors that detects the nature of life with mankind,the cultural design exposes the affluence of cities.As creative cultural works form the richness of the city, reaching to the level of greater civilizations can become possible by knowing where we has come from.That is why traditional arts are important for culture as much as contemporary arts.The Culture that is formed by combining past and present, is the legacy of tomorrow also.Cultural richness is necessary for improvement of civilization.This cultural and economical improvement becomes possible with the things that art adds to cultural richness.
At this point, the improvement of cities, that made of public areas mostly,the intervention limits of art to the public areas and it’s function in the public areas should be interrogated.The art should be beneficial to the city for cultural changing by participation of the folk and traditional culture to the art.
