As President of the Istanbul Ex-libris Society, it gives me great pleasure to invite you to Istanbul for the XXXIII rd FISAE International Ex-libris Congress in 25-29 August 2010 and 10 International Ex-libris Exhibitions in 29 August - 30 September 2010.
