There I a great deal of questions when it comes to define oneself. And probably the most creative part of our work as artists is to manage to define ourselves to the OTHER, to communicate, speak through words that will mean something to the other without having to feel trapped in it. Photography means photography, but would it mean traditional photography? And does traditional photography means at this point photography made thirty years ago?
If at a certain point, we merge the forms of art, should we reinvent the language and create new words, to not fall into what has been already done? And if our combination look so spread out that in the mind the OTHER, or in our insecure mind, is it that it is impossible to be at the state of the art in too many categories?
Or so, as a parabolic non-literal sense, definition of oneself is as a storyteller, employed to show as much as speak.
I am a storyteller, in any way I need to be able to tell. And so I sing, or draw, or move, or capture and project. Show.
