Asfalt Art Gallery was founded in 2011 under Nazan Azeri’s guidance. Its mission is to nourish a free production environment for art, supporting and creating a space for artists who are in pursuit of new forms of seeing, perceiving and expression. Its purpose is to be a space not only for exhibiting works but also for discussing subject matters such as aesthetics and philosophy as well as exchanging interdisciplinary ideas.
